She holds professional memberships with the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) and the Pet Professional Guild (PPG).

As a mother herself, Hayley is especially passionate about promoting safe and positive interactions between dogs and children. In 2022 Hayley closed her Dubai-based business ‘Petiquette’ and brought her expertise to NOVA after moving to Falls Church to be with family.

Though Hayley’s specialization is in dog training and rehabilitation, Hayley has used her clicker training skills to trick train multiple pets and even a few exotic animals over the years too.
